The processing times we have given here are conservative estimates; in the case of PayPal and Visa Direct, for example, you can generally expect to wait just a few hours for a withdrawal to be fully processed, rather than days.

The standard of customer support available at MrQ is probably one of the site’s greatest strengths. There’s a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) database, for example, that is really informative and easy to use, including on the smartphone-optimised version of the site, and covering important categories such as privacy, payments, promos, gameplay, and safer gambling. 

So, you might not even need to contact the site team directly for help with your query. But if you do need to do so, there is a handy ‘live chat’ function, and an actual email address (rather than the mere online contact form that some sites provide). The site team is available every day from 8am to 8pm. 

Unfortunately, at the time of our review, there wasn’t any telephone support available for the site. However, the fact that the site specifically references the absence of a telephone option in its FAQs perhaps gives us reason to hope this situation may change in the future.

Who Can Play?

The bad news for those of you who might have hoped to play casino and slots games at MrQ from elsewhere, is that you will only be eligible for an account here if you live in the UK.
